Las Vegas, NV (Oct. 5, 2015) – Five concierge team members from The Venetian® and The Palazzo® Las Vegas were recently inducted into the prestigious Les Clefs d’Or concierge organization. This remarkable honor was bestowed upon Cecilia Darr, Miranda LaBlanc, Carol Styles, Hermela Rutledge, and Lemlem Withers. The addition of these five team members gives The Venetian and The Palazzo 12 “keyed” concierge – an unprecedented number of Les Clefs d’Or members for a resort in the United States.
Membership to Les Clefs d’Or is the highest professional achievement that a concierge can obtain. A Les Clefs d’Or concierge is marked by the crossed gold keys worn on his or her lapels. Members are considered local experts and are always looking for an opportunity to exceed expectations when looking after guests.
“The goal of all of our team members is to exceed our guests’ expectations,” said George Markantonis, president and chief operating officer of The Venetian, The Palazzo, and Sands Expo. “Having so many Les Clefs d’Or members is a tremendous accomplishment for our team and proves that our team members have a passion for what they do and a desire to make sure that every guest is well cared for while they are staying with us. We’re extremely proud of them all!”
