Renovation & Rebranding of the Former Sofitel Miami Nearing Completion
PROVIDENCE, R.I.–TPG Hospitality announced today that it has been selected as third party operator of the first Pullman-branded hotel in North America – the Pullman Miami. In the process of conversion from the Sofitel Miami, the 281-room Pullman Hotel is undergoing a renovation by owner Laurus Corporation.

The Pullman hotel is inspired by European design and focused on well-being. Returning guests will discover plenty of new features and experiential upgrades including fashionable guestrooms. The hotel is perfectly located near the Miami International Airport, the Blue Lagoon office area, close to South Beach and world class shopping at Dolphin Mall.
TPG Hospitality has multiple lifestyle properties currently under construction including California’s first Marriott AC Hotel in San Jose and a major lifestyle conversion underway in Oklahoma City to a contemporary Renaissance Waterford Hotel.
