With nearly two decades of proven sales and marketing expertise, award accolades, and a track record of admirable leadership in the hospitality industry, Geffert brings an undeniable skill set to bolster Valencia Hotel Collection’s position in the industry.
As the Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing, Geffert will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, driving market share growth, and overseeing marketing efforts across all Valencia Hotel Collection properties. Her role will be pivotal in maintaining the brand’s legacy of excellence while exploring new opportunities in emerging markets, resulting in continued growth across the United States.

Geffert’s journey in the hospitality industry has been marked by numerous accolades, including the 2021 HI-IMPACT Heisman Award nomination, multiple Sales Team of the Year awards, and being named Director of Sales of the Year by Vesta Hospitality in 2019. Her deep understanding of account management, market intelligence, and sales negotiations has consistently driven exceptional results throughout her career.
Previously serving as the Area Director of Sales at Aimbridge Hospitality, Geffert was a key driver of her team’s significant growth in challenging post-COVID market conditions. Prior, Geffert held positions at Vesta Hospitality and CSM Lodging for hotels that are in Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR. Sales management and sales training experience gained from the Nautilus Sports Equipment Headquarters, among others, will make a positive impact on the Valencia Hotel sales teams. As Geffert relocates to Valencia Hotel Collection’s operations headquarters in San Antonio, TX, she is eager to immerse herself in a new market in the southern United States.
Geffert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a specialization in Business and Marketing from Washington State University. Her commitment to continuous learning and professional development is reflected in her certifications in DIRECT Sales Methods, Situational Leadership II, Coaching Principles, ASPIRE Management, and various hotel sales brand trainings from key industry players.
