Chattanooga, TN April 11, 2023 – Vision Hospitality Group, a leading hotel developer and culture-focused operator, is pleased to announce that Patrick O’Neil has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer (COO). As COO of Vision, O’Neil will provide strategic, process and cultural leadership for the company’s 1200+ associates across a current portfolio of 42 hotels poised for accelerated growth.
O’Neil most recently was with Peachtree Hotel Group which included roles as President of Asset Management and President of Peachtree Hospitality Management. During his tenure, the Peachtree owned Real Estate portfolio grew from 23 hotels to 90 properties over a six-year period and nurtured a culture of operational excellence by putting the emphasis on people first. Throughout his career, Mr. O’Neil has worked both in hotels and above property, started his own brand, worked for a small boutique hospitality firm as well as large private equity firms. His diverse experiences always come back to the true nature of our industry – providing hospitality.
