WATERFORD, CT – February 3, 2022 – Waterford Hotel Group has announced the appointment of Mark Graham as General Manager and Megan Hajduk as Director of Sales and Marketing of The Williams Inn in Williamstown, MA. The 64-room inn is managed by Waterford Hotel Group, a national hotel and convention center management firm.
As General Manager, Graham is responsible for all aspects of the inn’s operations. He started his hospitality career with Hyatt hotels in Operations and held various positions including Director of Housekeeping at Hyatt Regency Atlanta to Rooms Executive at the Grand Hyatt Washington. Graham joined Waterford Hotel Group in 2003 as the General Manager at the Residence Inn in Princeton, NJ and continued to assist with the renovation of the Hilton Hartford before becoming General Manager of the Residence Inn in Hartford, CT. In 2018, Graham rejoined Waterford Hotel Group in a Task Force General Manager capacity before accepting the General Manager position at The Westin Great Southern Columbus.
As Director of Sales and Marketing, Hajduk is responsible for the total sales efforts for the inn, as well as supervising sales related personnel, and implementing sales and marketing strategies to ensure guest satisfaction. She is an industry professional with more than ten years of hotel sales and catering experience. Hajduk began her career at Le Meridian in Cambridge, MA and Embassy Suites in Waltham, MA. She then excelled as a Wedding Sales Manager at the Cranwell Resort & Spa, in Lenox, MA where she managed more than 50 weddings a year. She was most recently the Director of Sales and Events at the Blantyre, a Forbes Five Star, Relais Chateaux property located in Lenox, MA.
