254-Room Property Breaks Ground
Bellevue, WA — October 5, 2015 — West77 Partners, along with The Hotel Group (THG), announced today the ground breaking for a new 254-room Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Bellevue, Washington. The Hotel Group, a nationally recognized Top 40 hotel company, based in Edmonds, Washington, has been awarded the management contract. Located two blocks east of the Bellevue Square Mall, the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Bellevue is scheduled for completion in winter 2016/2017.

The hotel was designed by Jensen Fey Architects and is currently being constructed by Vandervert Construction, Inc. Boasting a custom layout, state of the art technology and contemporary finishes inside and out, the Downtown Bellevue Hilton Garden Inn is sure to impress.
