Located at the corner of 4th and Wells streets, the hotel, opened Tuesday, operates as a Marriott franchise, is owned by JSWD Commerce, LLC, an affiliate of Jackson Street Holdings and managed by White Lodging Services.

The SpringHill Suites Milwaukee Downtown is located within the historic Commerce Building built in 1928 and just two blocks from the BMO Harris Bradley Center. The hotel is situated just minutes from Marquette University, the Henry W. Maier Festival Park – home of Summerfest and the historic Third Ward District.
