Cincinnati, OH — January 16, 2020 — Winegardner & Hammons Hotel Group, LLC, brought in the new year with the addition of the StateView Hotel, Autograph Collection to its management portfolio. Owned by Eagle Realty Group a division of the Western & Southern Financial Group, the 164-room hotel is located on the Centennial Campus of North Carolina State University

Opening in 2017, The StateView Hotel is part of the Marriott Autograph Collection. The 164 room-hotel has a location unlike anything else in Raleigh; surrounded by scenic woodland and overlooking Lake Raleigh, all the while a part of the Centennial Campus of North Carolina State University. The hotel showcases more than 10,000 square feet of high-tech indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, a fully equipped business center and upscale fitness center.
