Core Hospitality Signs With Heimstaden for Operations of A Place to” in Esbjerg, Denmark

Heimstaden and Core Hospitality have signed a 15-year contract on the lease and operations of the hotel “A Place to” in Esbjerg, Denmark. The hotel will also expand from 117 guest rooms to 214 guest rooms and will change its name as it seeks to partner with an international brand.  Since the launch in November 2021, the three “A Place To” properties in Esbjerg have been a distinguished trademark of the Esbjerg skyline.
