In this role, Chef Houston will oversee all of the iconic hotel's culinary operations, which includes 33,000 square feet of banquet space and the newly opened Moss + Oak Savannah Eatery, Bar and Market. Chef Houston began her career with Hyatt at Hyatt Regency Austin where she took an opportunity as an entry level Line Cook.
