Chicago, February 27, 2020 – Alliance Hospitality announced today its conversion of the Delta by Marriott Chicago North Shore Suites into a Renaissance Hotel. The Renaissance Chicago Glenview Suites will officially open on March 4, 2020. The property underwent a $10 million renovation in 2017, as it was converted from Wyndham to Delta, upon its acquisition by Glenview Investors-Hotel LLC. The property features over 14,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, an indoor pool and 1,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art fitness center.
