DALLAS (AUGUST 2022) – The Kimpton Pittman Hotel along with its restaurant Elm & Good, are pleased to announce Ben Smallman as its new executive chef. Chef Ben Smallman grew up in a military family. Born in Detroit, but raised in California, Virginia, Indiana, NYC, and even Singapore in his teens, he had the opportunity to experience a variety of culture, food and ingredients. Smallman graduated from Purdue University in 2011 before moving to New York City to attend the Culinary Institute of America.
