STR: Berlin Hotel Performance Improved in March

LONDON — April 13, 2022 — Berlin’s hotel industry reported month-over-month performance improvement, according to preliminary March 2022 data from STR. Occupancy: 51.3% Average daily rate (ADR): EUR84.98 Revenue per available room (RevPAR): EUR43.57   The occupancy and RevPAR levels were the highest in the market since November 2021. These levels were still 30% and 40% below the pre-pandemic comparables from 2019, respectively.
