CLEMSON, S.C., Nov. 25, 2019—Marshall Hotels & Resorts, a leading hotel management and services company that operates properties nationwide, today announced that it has taken over management of the 148-room Best Western Plus University Inn & Conference Center in Clemson, S.C. The hotel recently was purchased by Medalist Diversified REIT, a real estate investment trust specializing in value-add commercial real estate.
