Marin Management, Inc. is proud to announce its newest team member Mr. Biagio Costigliola, executive director of food and beverage. Mr. Biagio Costigliola has more than 25 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industries. He has held a variety of management positions in major companies, including Il Fornaio, McCormick & Schmicks and RIM Hotels. Was instrumental in the opening of over 15 new restaurants including, acquiring real estate, designing, menu planning, purchasing, marketing, hiring and training.
