MARKSVILLE, La., Sept. 15, 2015 -- Billy Hendrix has been named Vice President of Food & Beverage at Paragon Casino Resort. Hendrix returns to Paragon after seven years at Isle of Capri Casino Hotel, Natchez. While there, Hendrix held positions as Food and Beverage Director and Casino Shift Operations Manager. From 1999 – 2005, Hendrix worked at Paragon as General Manager of the Market Place Buffet and as General Manager of Roxy's Diner.
