HONOLULU,  HI - December 10, 2021 - BlackSand Capital (BlackSand), a locally owned and managed Hawai'i specialist real estate investment firm, completed the purchase of the Royal Lahaina Resort on Maui from Pleasant Travel Service on Dec. 9.
