The Kimpton Journeyman Appoints New Executive Chef Brian Cripps

MILWAUKEE – February 7, 2022 – The Kimpton Journeyman, along with its two restaurants, Tre Rivali and The Outsider, are pleased to announce Brian Cripps as its new executive chef. Growing up in Jacksonville, FL, Chef Brian Cripps love of cooking started at a young age. After a move to California in his early 20’s, he worked as a line cook at Laiola, a Spanish restaurant known for its bold Mediterranean flavors. Cripps’ culinary training continued as he honed his skills through Michelin-star restaurant experience.
