ST. LOUIS, Jan. 20, 2016 -- Tropicana Entertainment Inc. announces the appointment of Brian Marsh as General Manager of its Lumière Place Casino and Hotels in St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Marsh's appointment is subject to licensing by the Missouri Gaming Commission. Drawing on more than two decades of experience in the casino industry, Mr. Marsh is responsible for overall operations at Lumière Place. Prior to joining Tropicana, Mr. Marsh was based in Indiana.
