Mopac Hotel Development and Choice Hotels to Develop New Cambria Hotel Austin Near the Domain

ROCKVILLE, Md., Oct. 3, 2018 -- Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE: CHH) has finalized an agreement with Brendan Gilyan of Mopac Hotel Development, LP, to develop the Cambria Hotel Austin near the Domain. The five-story, 135-room upscale hotel is slated to open in 2021. Located at 13201 Burnet Road, the new Cambria hotel will be situated within a mixed-use development in the high-tech corridor of northwest Austin, offering guests convenient access to the regional offices of Apple, Amazon, Google, Facebook, and Dell.
