Chandigarh – the Emerging Hospitality Hotspot in India

Following the second wave, Chandigarh's hotel sector has recovered quicker than several other markets in the country, with occupancy rates rising from a low of around 15% in May 2021 – the peak of the second wave – to close to 70% by November 2021, comparable to pre-pandemic levels.
