The Columbus Downtown Development Corporation (CDDC) is issuing a Request for Qualifications for a Master Developer for a proposed mixed-use development of 21 acres on the Scioto Peninsula in downtown Columbus, Ohio. CDDC invites firms experienced in developing mixed-use projects to submit a proposal outlining their qualifications in response to this RFQ.
