Highlights include: Net income was $28 million in the third quarter of 2022 compared to net income of $120 million in the third quarter of 2021. Adjusted net income was $72 million in the third quarter of 2022 compared to Adjusted net income of $241 million in the third quarter of 2021. Diluted EPS was $0.25 in the third quarter of 2022 compared to $1.15 in the third quarter of 2021.
