Greenwood Village, CO – May 18, 2023 – Marriott International, Inc. is pleased to announce that renovations to the Courtyard by Marriott Denver Tech Center are complete and features a Topgolf Swing Suite with two interactive bays. The 155-room hotel located at 6565 South Boston Street is proud to unveil its new look after a transformation that includes renovations to the exterior, guest rooms, fitness center, lobby, courtyard and Bistro. The hotel is owned by Clarion Partners and Barth Construction led the renovation project.
