Melbourne, FL – October 7, 2024 – Marriott International, Inc. today announced the 146-room Courtyard by Marriott Melbourne West has completed renovations to its guest rooms, meeting rooms, public spaces and fitness center. The newly refreshed hotel, located at 2101 West New Haven Avenue is owned by Highgate and managed by Marriott International, Inc. of Bethesda, Maryland.
