SHELTON, Conn. - - (October 17, 2016)—Officials of New Castle Hotels & Resorts, a leading hotel owner, operator and developer, along with Southwest Properties of Halifax, Nova Scotia and JLK Global Fund International broke ground on a 178-key Courtyard by Marriott/Residence Inn hotel in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The dual-branded hotel will be the first Marriotts in the city.
