Crescent Real Estate Investment Fund Acquires Rosewood Crescent Hotel with $30 Million Renovation Planned

FORT WORTH (July 6, 2016) – Fort Worth-based Crescent Real Estate LLC (Crescent) today announced that its recently established investment fund acquired the Rosewood Crescent Hotel. The hotel will be independently operated and renamed Hotel Crescent Court, returning the historic, iconic name to the Texas landmark. Crescent plans to invest $30 million in the luxury property to elevate the hotel to an even greater level of style and experience for customers.
