Cycas Hospitality has signed a management agreement with Percor Capital to operate a dual-branded InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) development in Dundee. The deal reinforces Cycas’s long-established relationship as the largest operator of IHG’s extended-stay brand in Europe.
