Pennsylvania’s Skytop Lodge Names David Long New Food and Beverage Director

(Aug. 11, 2015)—Skytop Lodge has brought on David Long as the resort's director of food and beverage, where he will be responsible for the overall department operations, budgeting, maintenance of quality standards and training. Long has 29 years of food and beverage experience in hospitality settings, most recently as the food and beverage director at the Mansion on Forsyth Park in Savannah, Ga., one of Savannah's top boutique hotels.
