NEW YORK, NY (November 15, 2016) – Lotte New York Palace has announced the appointment of David Shenman as the property's Director of Sales and Marketing and Megan Ferguson as Director of Sales. David Shenman is a hospitality veteran with nearly twenty years of experience, having previously worked with both Starwood Hotels and InterContinental Hotels Group. He joined Lotte New York Palace in January 2012 as Director of Sales, where he has been responsible for overseeing all components of the luxury hotel's sales operations.
