Asheville, N.C. - July 8, 2021 - Parks Hospitality Group, owners of the former Hyatt Place Asheville/Downtown, announced the property’s conversion to DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville Downtown, which will join the Hilton portfolio in July 2021.
