ONTARIO (August 3, 2018) – In its third M&A transaction in as many months, the Vista Hospitality Group announced on Wednesday that it has acquired the DoubleTree by Hilton Deerfield Beach – Boca Raton in Florida from an unnamed seller in an off-market transaction. Vista has acquired select properties from that particular seller in the past, and their respective management teams seized upon a unique opportunity to work together again on the disposition and purchase of a superb property in a strong Florida market.
