MCLEAN, Va. - Hilton Worldwide (NYSE: HLT) and Providence Hospitality Partners today announced that construction has started on a new DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in downtown Greeley, Colorado. The new six-story, 147-room DoubleTree by Hilton Greeley hotel and conference center will be located on the former site of the city's Lincoln Park Library, municipal court and Fire Station No. 1. The hotel will feature a full-service restaurant, pool, and 14,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, which includes a 12,000-square-foot ballroom.
