Alpental Capital (“Alpental”), a hospitality investment group with offices in Colorado and Washington, announced the acquisition of the full-service DoubleTree by Hilton Leominster, Massachusetts in late December 2023. Located just off I-190, the DoubleTree Leominster provides both business and leisure travelers convenient access to nearby businesses, attractions, and outdoor recreation throughout the Leominster-Fitchburg area.
