HRI Properties Acquires 229-Suite DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Minneapolis; Renovation Planned

MINNEAPOLIS and NEW ORLEANS, La – August 4, 2016 – HRI Properties, LLC (HRI) announced today it has acquired DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Minneapolis. The hotel is located at 1101 LaSalle Avenue, six blocks from HRI's owned and managed Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Downtown opening September 2016. HRI Lodging, LLC (HRIL), a subsidiary of HRI will manage the new property.
