Atlanta, GA–March 16, 2016 – Atlanta-based Hotel Equities announced its selection as the management firm for the new-build Courtyard by Marriott in Dripping Springs, Texas, just 25 miles west of Austin Texas. The Courtyard by Marriott will begin construction in April with opening expected in the second quarter of 2017. Hotel Equities will work directly with ownership and design and through the construction process to ensure a great hotel for this thriving market.
