Weekend Events Drove Dublin Hotel Rates Past €300

Boosted by three large-scale events during the final weekend of June, Dublin hotel average daily rate (ADR) eclipsed EUR300 for just the second time this year and sixth time in history, according to preliminary data from CoStar. CoStar is a leading provider of online real estate marketplaces, information and analytics in the property markets. Taylor Swift headlined the busy weekend in Dublin with three performances from Friday-Sunday (28-30 June) at the Aviva Stadium.
