Lodgic Hospitality to Break Ground on New Element by Westin in Irving, Texas

IRVING - Dallas-based architectural firm, Mayse & Associates, Inc, is pleased to announce that construction is about to commence on a 157-room, high-rise Element Hotel, part of the Marriott family of hotels. It is to be located at Hwy 114 and Meadowbrook Drive within the Irving, Texas suburb of Las Colinas. The 105,565 gsf. lifestyle hotel was designed as a 12-story high-rise building on the site of the former Sfuzzi Restaurant.
