MIAMI, FL – January 27, 2022 – Palm Holdings, an international hospitality development company, recently announced it has added a key hotel to its Florida portfolio with the takeover of the Element Miami International Airport. The acquisition totals $32 million for the hotel property and Element’s business. Palm Holdings will be the managing operator of the hotel.
