ATLANTA, April 3, 2018–-Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG), an Atlanta-based, private hotel investment, ownership and management company, today announced the completed acquisition of a two-hotel portfolio comprised of Embassy Suites by Hilton hotels in San Rafael, Calif., and Atlanta, Ga., in a joint venture for an undisclosed sum.
