White Lodging, Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners Begin Construction on Hyatt Place Denver/Westminster

MERRILLVILLE, Ind., Oct. 28, 2016 -- White Lodging and Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners are pleased to announce they have begun construction on a 137-room Hyatt Place hotel in Westminster, Colorado, slated to open in spring 2018. The hotel will be managed by White Lodging Services Corporation.
