WASHINGTON, DC – September 25, 2024 – Peter Ewenson has been appointed director of food & beverage for Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown.  Mark Huntley, general manager and regional vice president for the 413-room luxury property, made the announcement. In his new role, Ewenson will lead the strategic development of the food and beverage division including Banquets, Juniper Restaurant, Lobby Lounge, the Courtyard, In-Room Dining and Stewarding.
