17 April 2024: IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) is delighted to announce the signing of the second Holiday Inn & Suites in Australasia, partnering for the first time with Felix Capital to open Holiday Inn & Suites Caloundra Sunshine Coast in early 2028.
