WANSHIP, UTAH (May 21, 2019) – The Lodge at Blue Sky, Auberge Resorts Collection's highly anticipated Utah property opening late May 2019, today announced the appointment of Galen Zamarra as Executive Chef. In this role, he will create an inspired culinary experience on property including Yuta, The Lodge's signature restaurant featuring authentic flavors inspired by indigenous ingredients and breathtaking views.
