Puerto Vallarta, Mexico (December 22, 2017) – Guillermo Carmona has been named Executive Chef of Velas Vallarta, an all-inclusive family resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. In his new position, he is responsible for the resort's three restaurants; poolside snack bar; lobby bar; crepe and ice cream stations, and the Mexican Fiestas held every Sunday.
