Scottsdale, AZ – November 2, 2021 – Today, Gurney’s Resorts announces the acquisition of Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort and Spa in Paradise Valley, Arizona. Scottsdale-based real estate investment company BB Hotels (formerly Berger Holdings) has partnered with New York-based Metrovest Equities and BLDG MGMT to purchase the iconic resort in Paradise Valley. The transaction is expected to close in early November. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Robert H.
