BULVERDE, TX – Charles Leddy, CEO of Presidian Hotels & Resorts ("Presidian Hotels") held an official groundbreaking ceremony on July 26, 2016 for a new Hampton Inn by Hilton hotel and Bulverde Visitors & Convention Center in the Singing Hills development in Bulverde, Texas.
