Germantown, Tenn. – January 16, 2019 – McNeill Hotel Investors ("McNeill") announced today the acquisition of a two-hotel portfolio of adjacent properties in Columbia, MD, the four-story, 124-room Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton and the four-story, 117-room Springhill Suites by Marriott, adding to the company's growing portfolio.
