235-room Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn slated to open in Woburn Landing WOBURN, M.A. (Jan. 29, 2018) – Concord Hospitality Enterprises has broken ground on its first property in the Greater Boston area, the dual-branded Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn – Woburn M.A. Working with partners Madison Properties and Whitman Peterson, Concord is the lead developer and will manage the property.
