March 24, 2015 -- Hospitality Lodging Systems (HLS) has signed an agreement with RevMax Management of Carrollton, Texas to open the nation's first Haven Hotel on April 1 in the Dallas suburb of Duncanville, Texas. The two-floor property features 123 rooms, including six suites; outdoor pool; 24-hour fitness center; onsite restaurant; and a 6,000 sq. ft. ballroom with another 700 sq. ft. of meeting room space.
